Hello friends, colleagues, and the Marley Foundation! Welcome to my first blog attempt (as opposed to blob attempt, which is what I do every time I write a dissertation chapter...). Please feel free to share opinions on design features that could make the blog a more enjoyable experience for you to read and me to write! I am doing this so I can share pictures from my travel on a research trip to England this summer.
This research is funded by an International Summer Research Graduate Study Grant from the College of Arts and Sciencesat the University ofDelaware and an Attingham Summer School Samuel H. Kress Foundation Scholarship from the American Friends of the Attingham.
Thank you UD! Thank you Attingham! Thank you Kress!
I have set up a link at the bottom of the blog to my Flickr account. My plan is to upload pictures electronically to Flickr, which will then automatically update to the blog. However, I will be without my laptop, in places without wireless Internet, at the mercy of British email facilities. That said I should get updates up every few days, or weekly. Please continue to send me personal emails at my email address, and use the blog commentary section to comment on blog related issues. I hope to make this blog available to as wide a public who wants to read it. Feel free to post links for sites or collections related to the blog and the trip. See you soon!
